Terms of Use
Version 0.0.1 · Updated 3 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website, hedgepay.app, and the HedgePay beta programme are operated by Nabla Finance OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17287187, VAT number EE103017547, with its registered office at Pikk 7, Tallinn 10123, Estonia (“HedgePay”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact+privacy@hedgepay.app.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the HedgePay beta list. They do not govern the HedgePay application itself, which is governed by the App User Agreement published at hedgepay.app/legal/app-terms and presented to you in the application before you use it.
By using this website or joining the beta list you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
3. The beta list
3.1 Joining the beta list means giving us your email address and, optionally, your country and name, so that we can contact you about access to the HedgePay application.
3.2 Joining the beta list does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the application, and does not create any financial service relationship between you and HedgePay. We may open access in stages, by country, or not at all, at our discretion.
3.3 You must be at least 18 years old to join the beta list. By joining you confirm that you are.
3.4 You can leave the beta list at any time by emailing contact+privacy@hedgepay.app. We will delete your details as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Information on this website
4.1 Product descriptions on this website describe capabilities of the HedgePay application as designed for its beta. Features, supported countries, payment methods, fees and yields may change before or after launch. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a financial service in any country.
4.2 Statements about laws, taxes or the behaviour of banks and payment systems are provided for general information, are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the date shown on the relevant page, and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Verify them with a professional before relying on them.
4.3 Any yield figure shown on this website is illustrative, is variable, and is not a promise. See the Risk Disclosure.
5. Regulatory position
HedgePay is not a bank, a payment institution, an electronic money institution or a deposit-taker. Balances in the HedgePay application are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme. Conversion between local currency and digital dollars is performed by third-party providers under their own authorisations, which vary by country. Country-specific regulatory information is set out in the Risk Disclosure and on each country page.
6. Intellectual property
The HedgePay name, logo, website design and content are owned by Nabla Finance OÜ or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party marks shown on this website (payment-system and partner logos) belong to their owners and are shown to identify their services; their use here does not imply endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or its infrastructure, submit false information to the beta list, use automated tools to submit forms, or use the website in any way that breaks applicable law.
8. Third-party links
This website links to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Liability
9.1 This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties regarding its availability and accuracy.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be brought before Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
